WSOP 2010 Warm up
May 26th, 2010
It’s that time again, and the poker online games are booming with new visitors and old hands trying to grab their piece of the pie. That’s right folks, the WSOP is coming back around. It seems like just yesterday that the November nine took place and Joe Cada, the youngest WSOP champion in history, took home the bracelet from the main event. And he’s coming back again this year to defend his title.
Well ladies and gentlemen, it’s back and the sites are on top of their game as well. Nearly every online site out there is ramping up the promotions with satellite games for as low as a dollar, and some as high as 1k, for the players to earn a chance to go to Las Vegas and showcase their poker talents at the World Series of Poker.
So if you’re interested in trying your hand, why not head over to your favorite online poker room, ante up the dough, and get into those poker tournaments. And let me tell you, they have evolved immensely. With the steps program being nearly ubiquitous now, one can buy in for dimes and turn those coins into a ticket to the WSOP.
But I can’t forget the other options. There is another way to get in to the WSOP if you have the cash. You can just pony up the 10k for the main event buy-in, get your registration, then grab your chips and take your chair.
And don’t worry, even if you don’t go, Team Everest will be on site blogging and chronicling the events as they unfold. Just visit www.everestpoker.com for the latest news on the fast approaching coveted bracelet race.
